The UPS upgrade over the USB port sometimes fails with an error page. It is recommended to disconnect and reconnect the USB cable and try again. There is an exception with respect to SCL500RM1UC SKU, where FUW tool still displays the old Firmware version, after a successful UPS upgrade.
